Our Story
Peachtree Road Lutheran Church is an Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA)
congregation located at 3686 Peachtree Road NE in the Buckhead district of Atlanta, Georgia.
The church building was constructed in 1951.
In 1984, as an outreach ministry of the church, Peachtree Road Lutheran Preschool was
established to provide early childhood education in a nurturing Christian environment. The
church renovated its educational building in September 1989 to support an extended-day
program for the preschool.
More recently, the church installed a new three-manual Allen Organ model Q350, replacing an
older seven-rank Wicks pipe organ. The congregation remains active, emphasizing a “living.
daring confidence in God’s Peachtree Road Lutheran Church..”
